Lovers Leep is a great climbing area near South Lake Tahoe. We happened to hit it at a great time. It was late season but the weather was warm and the free campground was empty. We stayed there for 4 days with no crowds. On the weekdays we only saw 3-4 other parties. Most of the climbs are 2-4 pitches of moderate grade. Most approaches are less then 15 minutes.
